Night Owl Coffee Bar began with a simple idea…a love for really good coffee and a desire to create something that felt more meaningful than just another cup to-go. What started as a mobile espresso bar has grown into a coffee experience rooted in quality, connection, and intention.

Founded by Floridians Marie Nicole and Anthony Souders, Night Owl is built on the belief that coffee should taste like coffee, balanced, flavorful, and thoughtfully crafted. Our menu evolves monthly, bringing in creative, seasonal drinks while always letting the espresso lead.

To us, coffee is a conversation. It’s about understanding what you like, guiding you when you’re unsure, and creating something you’ll genuinely enjoy. We don’t believe in upcharges for the details that matter…because getting your drink right should never feel like an add-on.
